Terrible experience! We booked this place through Booking.com because we were invited to a gig in London. The gig was cancelled, so we had no reason to travel and asked for free cancellation. We booked this accommodation through Booking.com after being invited to a gig in London. Unfortunately, the gig was cancelled, so we requested a free cancellation as we no longer had a reason to travel. Our request was refused, and we lost almost £160. We stayed here to see Coldplay at Wembley. The hotel was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast could be improved but the staff were brilliant and friendly. A really good option for someone looking for cost effective accommodation in Harrow
