“I actually visited the Croydon branch a week earlier and purchased a game on the Xbox One format. Unfortunately, the game had an issue and would not install, always failing at 97.8%. (how annoying right?) Anyway, I was passing the Eltham high street branch and took the faulty game with me with my receipt. I explained the situation and the staff there were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get their names, but the three of them were working Saturday afternoon around 12.30pm. I perused some other titles and they exchanged the faulty game for me and now my kids are happy too. Couldn't ask for more.
