“Massive thank you to Ali and Abdul for being incredibly helpful in the store a few days ago. I came in to upgrade my phone and Ali made it a very smooth and easy process. However when I got home I had some issues with iCloud and getting my Whatsapp chats onto my new phone. I went into the shop the next day, even though I thought it might be an Apple issue and I may have needed to go to the Apple store instead. Ali and Abdul worked out the issue and explained to me very clearly what I needed to do and spent over half an hour trying to resolve the problem.
