“Used this branch after opening an account recently. However unlike my previous bank HSBC this was a breath of fresh air. Basically, really nice branch, very smooth interaction with staff and I was able to do what i needed to in branch. After getting fed up with all the branches HSBC have closed recently and the poor service in open ones most of the time i had to switch. It's amazing this is a bank that does banking and does not close tills whenever they feel like and tell you to use a Post Office for your banking. “This is the best branch anywhere within 5 miles of where I live that I know of. The staff are so very helpful. Today I popped in to request something and while in the queue I saw people from all walks of life but each was treated equally and with kindness and empathy and the cashiers were so nice to all of the people ahead of me. When it came to my turn, the cashier gave me advice and an appointment that I really needed and was so helpful that I am glad to be banking here.
