“Used this branch after opening an account recently. However unlike my previous bank HSBC this was a breath of fresh air. Basically, really nice branch, very smooth interaction with staff and I was able to do what i needed to in branch. After getting fed up with all the branches HSBC have closed recently and the poor service in open ones most of the time i had to switch. It's amazing this is a bank that does banking and does not close tills whenever they feel like and tell you to use a Post Office for your banking.
