“Very friendly staff and quick service in the Beckton Store. I did pop in on a very hot day and was surprised to see they didn’t have air con in the building and it was exceptionally hot inside the store”

“Went there to return a tool station item that I bought from another branch but did not use (although I opened it) supervisor was reluctant to allow the return but eventually agreed as it could be resold and there was no damage to the package. Thankful to her for the flexibility.”
