“We had a fantastic experience at Dreams today thanks to Imran. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, he even offered us water and pillows to check our best posture for a mattress. He guided us through the process with patience, letting us even try the sleep machine to find the best mattress for our needs.

Thanks to his help, we bought our very first bed frame and mattress from Dreams, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service.

“Came into your cafe for a meal with a number of friends yesterday. It was a great experience. Your staff were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them. It was one of the most pleasant cafe's I have ever been in. Menu selection was good and the food was excellant and very reasonably priced. “Excellent bed and very speedy delivery with very nice friendly people. Recycle bed was removed from the bed room but I was very shocked to hear on the delivery date, the recycle bed must be in the downstairs to ready for collection. BTW that's not possible by most of the people. If any additional fees must be quoted or advised in advance..”

I was looking to purchase the new apple watch and asked about trading in my existing one. The team were so proactive, helpful, friendly, all the way from the management to the rest of the staff.

Dan - Very friendly and helpful manager, I came to him with an issue and he was more than happy to help with a very viable solution. He knew the strengths of each of his team members as well and you just got the feeling that everyone worked very well together as a team and enjoyed their roles because of his and the rest of the management.

Eddie - Also extremely helpful manager, very nice gentleman.

Ali - Took a lot of time one on one to ensure he could help me with all of my questions and by the end of it all, I was extremely happy with my new apple watch and his customer service.

Yalcin and Zaid were also very friendly and good at their jobs.
