Staff poorly trained. Almost as if they don’t want your custom. Rude behaviour and then tries to say they were not trying to be rude which was a poor excuse. The DHL drop off service was beyond disappointing and frustrating!!! Caused unnecessary by the young man who had no understanding about how the prohibited items system works. His failure to understand the English language fully to apply exceptions in brackets (ie brand new factory boxed items). International rules vs UK... read full comment
