Staff poorly trained. Almost as if they don?t want your custom. Rude behaviour and then tries to say they were not trying to be rude which was a poor excuse. Was looking at a product with an intention to buy. Someone comes and tells us- unless you?re buying do not handle the item. It was all a bit unnecessary. I didn?t argue as didn?t see a point in speaking to staff who do not understand basics of customer service

The DHL drop off service was beyond disappointing and frustrating!!! Caused unnecessary by the young man who had no understanding about how the prohibited items system works. His failure to understand the English language fully to apply exceptions in brackets (ie brand new factory boxed items). International rules vs UK mainland rules. He caused unnecessary stress & anxiety. I got very tearful & emotional. His product scope was poor. He was counting Alexa echo dot, as a battery product,its mains power to connect hence no battery power! Thanks to Royal Mail, done it next day guaranteed 1pm delivery for half the price !!! Thank God for the Post Office reliability as always!!!

Please do not purchase in this shop. They do purposely defeat customers. I did buy a Tower vacuum cleaner and was never able to replace the filter. Tower never had replacements for the filter and and Robert Dyas do not provide a solution. I now have to buy a new vacuum cleaner because filters are not available. They still have the product on display and do sell it to naive customers like me even though I went to the shop and they are aware of the issue. Plus customer service was far from helpful, dismissive and lazy.
Will never buy there again and would give it a zero if I could. I will make sure everyone I know in the area is aware of the poor practice of this retailer.

Very poor customer service! The guy on the counter is very rude, hostile and lazy and the young guy with tattoos has been witnessed dealing drugs in a carpark. This company is an embarrassment and can consider themselves fortunate that 'no stars' isn't an option. I wonder how much longer they can remain in business.

Literally more fun than I expected, it's like a day out at a theme park, but with air fryers and wooden spoons. We can't wait to go again.

A good place with DIY, kitchen and electrical appliances. Store has wide variety of products to chose although sometimes a little expensive then other market stores.Staff was super helpful and the lady keep calling me ?my darling? ? Such a lovely gesture that I haven?t seen often here in London.

Absolutely love this store was looking for a super large pyrex dish and a big bag of tea light candles which I found straight away and more products like the Scrub Mommy which was on sale at the time too most of there products are all reasonable priced great homeware store.

Really lovely service.Was served by a really nice lady and a young man with glasses. They were both so friendly helping me to buy the right umbrella and kettle descaler. Really helpful, really bubbly and I left with a smile on my face! I really appreciate kind folks!

The staff are wonderful and helpful. The store is very well stocked. However, I bought a set of clockwork timers for controlling flow to electrical plugs, and I cannot make them work. They seem to be cheap and nasty. I am not sure if the flaw is with the timers or with me. They are not easy to use nor well made.
