Whether I am seeing the staff member be it doctor or clinical person on a 1-1 or online or on the phone the service is exceptional. I would advise you to look for a different gp as they do not value your life you’re merely a name and a DOB in their system. Their reception is so useless they can not reach out to the pharmacist upstairs but via emails and will let you wait for them for days.
