“Apart from the current issues being experienced by all surgeries and GPs, and having been with them for years, I consider myself lucky. If ever any of the staff have got it wrong, there has always been someone else who put it right. The new doctors are really good, receptionists are helpful and generally everyone tries their best in these awful times. Having spoken to other people who cannot get appointments for weeks, here you maybe only wait a day, worst case and at least you get a phone call. Happy with the service.”
