Whether I am seeing the staff member be it doctor or clinical person on a 1-1 or online or on the phone the service is exceptional. In the many many years I have been one of their patients I think the only complaint I would ever have is not about them, but about me not being able to provide a vein for the blood test. An amazing practise at Florence Road.

I would advise you to look for a different gp as they do not value your life you?re merely a name and a DOB in their system. Their reception is so useless they can not reach out to the pharmacist upstairs but via emails and will let you wait for them for days. They have prescribed the wrong medicine although the Boots pharmacist requested the one exact one by name. My father who?s the meds are for is traveling and although ive asked for the meds as urgent they are treating this with no due attention.Receptions are so rude and if you disagree with anything they say in a polite manner they turn rude. They do not appreciate that I am only at their reception because I am worried for my father and want him to have all his meds with him before his travels instead they say it?s procedure to go through emails and filling forms when they are the ones who made the mistake in prescribing and the receptionist can simply call/ or even walk upstairs and ask the pharmacist to have a look at their email!Lady on the reception can not even read prescriptions and starts asking me to spell out medicine names for her. Also, very slow. You will need to explain yourself 10 times for a slight chance of her catching anything. Altogether, worst GP experience. Hope they do something about it.

This Practice should be close or change whole stuff ! Always have problem with my prescription even though I always bring them all documentation to make sure they are able to update my fail and smoothly get service .My medicine is always mess up Few times I been prescribed medicine I am allergy to ? (I don?t know how even system let to make this happen ) no one take responsibility of what is going on there . Now I am in hospital 35 weeks pregnant as my medicine was prescribed wrong ? do 3 days I was with out medicine for higher blood pressure ! I am in a high risk pregnancy. Still waiting for rest of my medicine to be released to pharmacy 7 days after I asked for! Even the pharmacy in Ealing said will send an email with complain as always my prescription is mess up.

Apart from the current issues being experienced by all surgeries and GPs, and having been with them for years, I consider myself lucky. If ever any of the staff have got it wrong, there has always been someone else who put it right. The new doctors are really good, receptionists are helpful and generally everyone tries their best in these awful times. Having spoken to other people who cannot get appointments for weeks, here you maybe only wait a day, worst case and at least you get a phone call. Happy with the service.

Just impossible to deal with effectively ! No wonder people are underpaid , the service is a disgrace , why can?t they give an hour estimation of an appointment or call , and the findmygp app is one of the worst ever - and I work in tech - just a disgrace - qualified people being masked by inflexible engagement systems and staff that don?t do them justice - what a shame !!!!

5* for the fabulous GPs and nurses.1* for the reception staff- consistently rude, condescending, and terrible attitude, especially for parents bringing babies and buggies. It?s not all the reception staff but a couple of bad apples really ruins things.

The surgery has adopted an online system in order to get assistance, which eventually results in a queue and someone getting back to you. They close the requests out of their own accord, without having received care or contact from the GP. AskMyGP doesn't help anyone, just gives the false impression they are solving issues and keeping the backlog in line. It's hiding their staffing problem more than fixing it for anyone, and the only ones paying the price are the patients. I have left public feedback regarding the practice for other patients to be informed of this practice which is contrary to any medical bona fide approach to care. I have kept opening requests for the same issue and the doctors either don't get back to me, or call me out of hours when I have missed the call due to family care (I was bathing by child) and just got a VM saying to recontact them the next day, requests keep being open and closed and nothing progresses in terms of my care. The saddest thing is this is a medical condition that I need to get care for, not a bad review of a restaurant. Remember eventually that you are in the healthcare business and you have a duty of care for patients.

Couldn't be more positive about this surgery and staff. I use the app to contact them with any issues for myself or my kids and they're always very responsive and helpful. They're great with following up, and always take time to explain treatment. Most of my consultations have happened over the phone, but they have booked me in for physical appointments if needed

Without going into too much details its one star from me to add to all the others. I have come to the conclusion that getting a good GP on the NHS is virtually impossible, begs the question if we actually need them. Unfortunately my doctor retired thankfully I had the best care growing up and right through to my adult hood, I cannot say my daughters will have the same - very sad why don't we just have a system like America on the insurance at least we have a better chance of getting a good doctor.. They don't care and there is nothing you can do about it except just go round in circles trying to get the right help!! its the poor receptionists that get all the brunt but its the doctors that do not want to see their patients bottom line. So what do you have to do to see an experienced fully qualitied doctor - scream from the rooftops perhaps

When we just moved to Ealing I got an infection on my foot which made it swell up. I somehow managed to reach the clinic and got myself registered on the spot as we had just moved to Ealing and was also able to see a doctor at the same time. The staff was very helpful and so was the doctor.

I have contacted my surgery a few times now and have had a very quick response every time. All lovely GPs and very quickly arranged a blood test and medication.

Update: After going back and forth quite a bit over the phone, they finally gave a face-to-face appointment and has been following up and giving good service since. I'm not sure if it was a blip or shortage of staff of some sort, they are now the surgery I remember them to be. I've reviewed my rating.***Covid has really made it difficult to be seen. My 1 y.o. daughter has had non life threatening yet still causing utter discomfort issue for more than 2 months and I?ve been denied appointment for her to be seen. She?s had cracked, peeling and bleeding lips yet we?re just sent to Boots to try whatever meds they think is causing it. We?ve only received consultation via photos and phone calls. They used to have good service. Not quite anymore.

I have been with the practive for eleven years now, and have only ever had positive experiences with them. They are very responsive on the AskMyGP service, and the quality of medical care has always seemed excellent. They seem to answer the phone fairly promptly, and I've recently had very good care from the receptionists. Nothing is perfect in a world of covid and funding shortages - but I would recommend this practice to all.

I have been registered at this surgery for at least 10 years and have always had a positive experience. The doctors have always been lovely and supporting.I used to struggle getting an appointment fast enough, but this is no longer the case. Since they implemented AskMyGP app, I have found the service to be very efficient. It is easy now to arrange an appointment or a prescription.
