Excellent customer service at this branch in Ealing Broadway, which was a pleasant reminder of bygone days when you could go into a branch and get prompt and efficient service. Diabolical service. No one answers the phone. Moody unkempt counter staff I'm amazed these people are employed. Avoid this place absolutely awful
