Ms. Indy assisted me on opening an account she's very helpful and efficient. I like this branch because it's in good location and friendly staff as well. Keep it up guys! :)”

“UK passport and Drivers licence holder, and have been working in GVA for over 20 yrs - trying since March 2023 to open a bank a/c with Lloyds, Barclays or HSBC they all collectively wanted every other piece of paper under the sun except for my blood group. My great niece aged 9yrs told me she opened a bank a/c with Metro. I popped into the Bank this a.m at 0830 to be greeted by FIVE available customer agents. I was seen straight away, Fatima Rep., took approx. 45 mins of questions, processing and explanations., Account opened within an hr, cards printed so helpful I cannot tell you, and she saved me a lot of heart ache..Was I lucky, no., just clear rules and understanding of the team how challenging it is to open an a/c when you relocate from another non EU country, and you do not have a Utility bill in your name. I am surprised at the negative reviews on customer service. I met the Manager after my a/c was fully operation, who asked for feedback, and I advised her of the above.If there was another "*" I wld give Metro SIX gold stars:) CD”

“There was only 01 agent at the counter when I arrived. She directed me towards Victor. Victor asked me to wait. While waiting for him, a customer came in and asked me if there was any agents. Indeed the only agent at the counter went on a break so it looked like no agents were in the bank.Victor was cordial and professional. He addressed swiftly all my issues and more importantly explained in words and pace I could understand.It was a positive interaction for me.”

“I have read the negative reviews about this Nationwide Branch and I am honestly wondering if it is the same place I have been visiting for the last decade...The Staff is nice, I only recognise one female employee who I believe has been there for a while and I really like her, she is the one everyone turns to for guidance.The other Cashiers are also nice and polite, I must say that I don't deal with Personal Bankers as I manage my account online and I only require a few statements every so often so I don't visit very often.Even so I have always been treated with respect and kindness.The ATM outside is normally in service and during opening hours there are a couple more inside which is always safer to use.It's a small Bank so expect to wait for your turn, there are only three desks and a couple of cubicles, overall there are decent seating spaces and the space is clean and tidy.I love Nationwide ❤️”
