“I went to the Ealing branch of The Co-operative Bank after trying and failing multiple times to submit a savings account application online a few weeks back. The staff were helpful and quickly booked me an appointment for the next day with Pinal Patel.

Pinal spotted the issue straight away – an error in my account address was blocking the application. She was calm, professional, and really focused on finding a solution. Thanks to her, everything was sorted with minimal hassle and I can finally access my Regular Saver account.
