“I recently visited the Alperton store and was dealt with straight away and staff member explained exactly what needed doing. My headlight bulb needed changing and was advised that recommendation was to change them as a pair. The counter staff were very knowledgeable and provided great service and in addition the fitting technician was excellent and very polite and helpful”

“HUGE selection of lo no midi and short dresses, blouses, pants, bathing suits and sweaters, nicely displayed, with sizes from US0 up to XL and possibly XXL. There are only two or three of each price, so it’s chancy, dining love + size match, but beautifully organized by color. Despite the rather industrial neighborhood, it didn’t have a “outlet feel” at all, and clothes were in new condition, not damaged or appearing to be catalog returns. Helpful staff.Well worth the tube trip (use the Park Lane tube, which is directly acrost the street. Hanger Lane was a longer walk, through a confusing underground tunnel.)Be sure to try on. Seems they’ve changed their cut slightly and upper arms no longer fit me well. No refunds and no returns.”

“Lovely small shop with second hand clothing, accessories, books and etc. Everything was very clean and the clothes were organized by sizing. There’s lots of cute and creative postcards. The managers are very nice and it was a pleasure for me to visit their shop. Recommend you to visit.”

“I have today had a lovely experience at Black Dress Code. I was invited into a lovely spacious house and allowed all the time I needed to try on what might suit. The owner was especially kind and helpful. I chose the Imogen top to go with the Eleonore Palazzos. Fabulous classic cut, really flattering to any figure! Very reasonably priced for such beautiful material. I advise you book a visit!”

“Great store, well stocked and lovely staff. There has been recent renovations, which look great. My only issue is that they seem to be phasing out staffed checkouts in favour of self service checkouts, which I find a bit of a pain and prefer the human interaction of a traditional till. However, the staff are very friendly and happy to help.”
