“Stayed one night. Such a lovely peaceful place. Our room was a good size bright and had everything required for our stay. Loved the ceiling fan which kept us cool on one of the hottest days of the year.located in a nice street a short walk from the town centre. The hotel had a lovely outside space and a very good English breakfast amongst other choices. TOP Tip: breakfast is best ordered the night before parking to rear of hotel as street spaces are limited”

“I had an exceptional customer experience at Mountain Warehouse in Richmond in February and therefore, I had to share it! I was doing my last minute shopping before my skiing holiday and I found a perfect jacket in the shop but unfortunately, not in my size. Othman went above and beyond to assist me. He double checked their storage room and then he started checking other stores in London, as it was too late for delivery. When he found one on the system he first called the store and asked members of staff to keep the jacket for me. Although, I did not buy this jacket in the end (it was still too big), the overall experience made me feel like a valued customer. Othman was extremely helpful and friendly. Once again, thank you so much, Othman! I really appreciate the time and effort to help another person! I highly recommend this store and I will definitely come back for more!”

Gosia was so helpful in finding items in my size that were not immediately available on the shelves. Offering to order stock in especially, and for practicality, put an item on hold for a different store to collect the next day.”

“This is a GOOD TKMaxx. If you shop at a lot of their shops like I do, this is one of my top favourites as it stocks all departments and the stock is good. A nice spacious shop that doesn't get as manic and rushed like destination locations such as Oxford Street.

Some shops do not stock home department or are overly cramped but Retail Park shops like this one are better organised, tidy, and just around pleasant to shop in.”

“First look in here today, amazed to see the clothes variation from the Northallerton branch. I never bothered coming in until today as I thought it was the same as Northallerton's and you had to be over 60+ to wear anything. Lovely customer service in here too.”

I wish the same could be said for online ordering and returns where they have appeared to have adopted some weird post Brexit avoidance of helping Customers in the UK and returns are now a nightmare .”

“I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. Will definitely be returning with my wife as she is now jealous of my collection.”

“​I recently visited the Richmond store to get my daughter's first ear piercings, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the manager, Louisa, and her colleague, Tarunika.
​Both were incredibly good with my daughter, making her feel completely at ease. Tarunika was so informative, patiently explaining the entire process and giving her plenty of time to choose her perfect earrings.
The store itself was spotless and impeccably organised, which made me feel confident in their high standards of hygiene. The piercing itself was quick and painless, and my daughter is absolutely delighted with her new earrings. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

“Really lovely office. It's a bit hidden (it's at the end of a driveway that's off of the main road), but once you find it the reception staff are very nice and the office is very on brand, sleek and minimal like the Jigsaw stores.”

“Got held up in roadworks and arrived on the dot of 7pm as store was closing. All staff went above and beyond so i could collect my online item needed for child's holiday. They had already closed the till but reopened it for me. During this and other visits, all staff on the click and collect and menswear were amazing. There is one more reserved member of staff who seems less in tune with customers but that won't detract from this well earned 5 star review. You never know what's going on for people and she did her job. Not everyone can smile all the time and i didn't take it personally. All the other team members were amazing. FYI NEXT your qr codes don't work? And well done for range of affordable summer clothing and swimwear for all the family, the online swimwear selection was great.”

I generally come on a weekday morning and unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s names, but they are always friendly and say hello! It’s a clean and well stocked store and I’m always happy to use it.”

“I love my local Jigsaw shop! The sales team there is wonderful - ladies that are well mannered, never forceful or annoying, just naturally welcoming and ready to assist if you need them. The store is always clean, tidy and well organised.Also worth mentioning their good taste for dressing and fashion too, these things are noticeable.”
