“Huge store over 4 floors and includes men's, women's, children and household items.
Often long queues for paying which can be annoying if you're on your lunch break and/or in a rush.
As with most busy stores of this kind, there are barely any staff around to ask for help or assistance and at the tills they're not particularly friendly.”

“The best place for beauty treatments. If you are in the area go here especially for eyebrow and ask for Pooja. She is the best out there. So quick, precision and zero pain!!! I always used to get small bumps after getting my eyebrows done but ever since I have been going to her it’s all gone.”

“Excellent book section, including two bookcases devoted to recent and upcoming releases. Managed to get a book I've been looking forward to two months before it comes out. I guess they must have a book reviewer as a regular donor. Definitely worth intermittent repeat visits.”

“Love this H&M store it is so cleverly designed with loads of products you don't seem to find in other stores. They have beautiful women's, kids and mens clothing, accessories and shoes. Staff are busy but attentive. The store always looks immaculate. Take your time browsing you will find something you never knew you needed. Love the kitten heels too.”

“Valerie, from the make-up department, was just wonderful. I highly recommend her. She was professional, patient and extremely helpful. She has a good eye for colours/colouring and advised me according. She saved me a lot of time and energy. Thank you ?”

“For a charity shop, this one is not as cheap as you'd expect, but that's because they seem to actually know what they're doing with the pricing and mark up a silk Monsoon skirt for a little more than a polyester Primark one. And quite right too, as it's all for a good cause! Maybe it's the location that does it, but the stock at this particular Oxfam shop tends to be quite high-end, and even with their intelligent pricing, you can still pick up some amazing bargains on brand-name items, particularly coats and jackets. As well as second-hand items, they also sell a wide range of fair trade food, paper goods, and jewellery.”

“Hi. I disagree with the comments below. In fact I went to Footlocker in Hammersmith 2 days ago and bought trainer's for my children. The customer service was 10/10 they really listened to everything I needed and helped me with showing and explaining a variety of footwear that would be suitable and comfortable wear for my children. I was very happy with my purchases. Footlocker have so much to offer and very friendly. I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.”
