“We were a bit miffed witnessing staff members being scolded on floor in front of us, it’s not necessary to humiliate your staff in this way. We were unhappy with our shopping experience until we met rose who served us on till, she was lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us and put us at ease. Thankyou Rose!”
