“Excellent customer service from Ramshah. We did not realise they were closing at 4 and without promoting us she overstayed nearly 40 mins to assist and answer all the questions. Overall, Ramshah went beyond and above to meet our needs. She explained the whole process step by step so we could make an informed decision. She was very knowledgeable and polite, not putting any pressure on us while making decisions and making sure we have plenty of options. She deserves 6 stars!! Thank you Ramshah.”

“From all the Hobbycraft franchises I went to, Coydon is hands down the best one; their staff are well trained and polite. Hobbtcraft Croydon usually has nearly everything in stock except some paints, but everything else is great. Hobbycraft in general dan be quite expensive, but when on sale there are numerous bargains; pebeo paint, half price, canvases 3 for 2, and other art supplies. They have the largest posca individual range I have seen and are a great place to shop if you like anime, painting, drawing and all sorts of craft, it has home decor!”

The beds comes as a flat pack, but goes together well.

“Well organised, huge IKEA with Bistro & Restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant queue was so massive even on a weekday lunchtime that we didn’t stay but got a hotdog & milkshake at the Bistro. Not bad but not a proper lunch. Shame they couldn’t handle the volume with such a large restaurant.”

I was expecting a big list of things to be get done as I took my cycle out after two year. They assessed my bike, fixed few issues and gave back to me. “Dream Doors Croydon refurbished our kitchen a year ago and we waited to write this review to get a better sense of the quality of the units and workmanship; and also the after sales service. They have been very good on all counts: the staff in the shop are very pleasant and attentive; the installers were skilled and responsive; and when a minor issue arose a year after installation (one of the door hinges and worked loose) they came and repaired it within a few days. Unless one wants completely to change the storage arrangements in one's kitchen, Dream Doors have an attractive offer - most of all, it avoids the enormous disruption of installing a new kitchen from scratch.”

“Really happy with our kitchen. From the design process to installation Wren did a brilliant job. Our designer made the process enjoyable and the fitter they provided was friendly and helped us with other jobs around the house. There were a couple of hiccups - some tower units were not flatpacked initially and wrong dishwasher plus matching door were delivered. Wren were very responsive and resolved the issues promptly. “Wow wow wow!! I'm still on cloud 9 from our wonderful wedding reception. Rachel who organised it all was just amazing- there to answer any questions day or night from wine choices to sparklers nothing was any hassle! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Now the food! The fooood! Was amazing- my favourite was the beef skewers, juicy and flavoursome. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It's beautiful the wonderful decor and view point a minute walk away. Great chats with the owner we felt so welcome. From me and my beloved husband thanks so much for making our wonderful day just perfect!”

I recently had some incorrect items delivered and when I called the store she was so helpful she listened attentively to my issue, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. On top of this she she also said that if I was to ever return to the store and place another order she would make sure this error did not occur again and I can confirm she is a women of her word. I went to the store to place another order and requested Natalie. She treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.

We received great service from Michael Jr, he carefully explained all the current offers available and as there were some great deals to be had we left with more than just the 1 sofa. “Got suggestion to replace the high and low beam bulbs. The technician did an amazing job to identify that it is the loose wire that is causing the headlight to malfunction. He also help to identify minor fix and suggested the replacement part for it. I am so glad a Ford agency gave an appointment after 30 days to finish the job that he did in 5 minutes.”
