Went here as a kid safe to say was a terrible experience my teacher teaching me how to play piano would always just shout at me me being a young boy of course I would be scared. I do not recommend it at all !

False or out of date advertising - advertised as a music shop but having trekked from Croydon centre was not open and only seems to sell pianos/offer music lessons.

Pls state that your not a music shop that's ever open. Saves people travelling all the way to buy strings only to read a sign sating you only take appointments. What are you a massage parlour? Mental.

Established back in 1996, Martin Phelps Music was the premier store for all things musical instrument related.
Following a change of ownership in 2021, the business took a change in direction and closed the retail store to enable hosting to one of the largest providers of individual music lessons in Surrey - South End Music School.
Offering tuition in piano, guitar, vocals and viola/violin, the school has an enviable reputation of having some of the best and most dedicated teachers, currently catering for the needs and desires of over 450 students each week, of all ages and abilities.
