Returned unwanted items thats had been delivered, but not suitable. Quick and smooth return process.

This store is great but the self service counter causes delays. I am disabled and find technology troublesome due to ny mental disability issues and it makes shopping for a person like me very differcult . Come on dunelm bring back more staff on tge checkouts please
