He helped us get the sleep/posture assessment, was patient when we quizzed him on product/brand details and provided all the info we needed to make the right purchase for our aging (40-year-old!) back needs. He was on hand for any questions we had, without being pushy. Would recommend!”

“Well organised, huge IKEA with Bistro & Restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant queue was so massive even on a weekday lunchtime that we didn’t stay but got a hotdog & milkshake at the Bistro. Not bad but not a proper lunch. Shame they couldn’t handle the volume with such a large restaurant.”

I had the pleasure of talking with Curtis the manager on duty who had the patience to sort out all my problems with efficiency and interest and without hesitation. Absolute impeccable service at this location!”

“Went in with my family last night to purchase 1 sofa but left with 2 and also an armchair. We received great service from Michael Jr, he carefully explained all the current offers available and as there were some great deals to be had we left with more than just the 1 sofa. Michael was very informative and explained everything in great detail, wasn’t too pushy and gave us enough time to process the information and make an informed decision. Very pleased with the whole process, can’t wait for my La-Z-Boy!”

“I usually drive to B&Q through the purley way traffic which is dreadful 9/10. I have been there a couple of times recently and the staff haven’t been helpful and don’t seem interested in customer service. If an item you want is there it’s there and if it isn’t you get a shrugged shoulder but they won’t show you where an item is and they don’t like answering questions and the customer service area is manned like it used to be. I wasn’t impressed on my last visit for this reason. A week later I was desperate for tiles so looked up my nearest shops and up popped “Wickes” in the colonnades. It was much easier to get to and they had the mosaic tiles I needed. The guys who work there are so lovely and helpful I couldn’t believe it. They were polite and willing to take you to the product you asked fer. Between three of them they were trying to help everyone in there. They were a breath of fresh air. The guy who was dealing with me and my tiler asked the manager to do something on the til. He came over and was just as nice. No waiting. No stress and great customer service. This will be my “go to” place now!!! Great staff here.”

“Their range on the 2nd hand furniture that they sell is great! I ended up purchasing, in my 1st ever visit today to them -1. A dining table with 3 chairs,2. A computer shelfAnd 3. A kitchen trolley/table with wheels,With Delivery of the above items to my apartment,All for a price of 180 GBP!Checkout was smooth too. However the only adverse experience today is - Delivery is NOT customisable. I'm having to postpone an airport visit to pick up my family, all because they cant give me an extra 2 days after the time slot.If their Delivery was customisable to my requirements, they'd have received their 5 stars.”
