He was with another customer , but made sure we knew he had seen us .Very rare these days to be acknowledged by a member of staff .Not just trying to sell , but really interested in making sure we had all our questions answered and offering us choices .Offering water to us and seating also.

Staff were helpful and polite, and the checkout process was quick. Parking is free for Matalan customer now so its even better

But on the reschedule date two friendly and polite chaps visited, they'd also phoned more than once to keep me posted on their progress. “Great service from SCS, Staples Corner! Deepak couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and answered all our questions. We ordered a 3 and a 2 seater sofa. They arrived to warehouse on the original scheduled earliest date. Due to us having 76 stairs to the flat with no lift, Deepak arranged delivery through an independent removals service, The Removals Taxi. Well, the sofas were delivered on the agreed date by Graham from this company and what lovely people they were to deal with. Ultra efficient, they removed the old sofas and we are sitting pretty on two new sofas, all done and dusted in an hour! Would highly recommend both companies. Thank you again, Deepak and Graham!!”
