“For some reason an employee called Kruti did not want to replace my newly bought product, she had 4 in stalk and it was so easy to change it, but she refused!!The replacement was within a minute and only after checking the product. She just said no and even lied that this was the last one because she did not want to change it. When in reality before that, she said they had 4 in stalk.Somewhat unprofessional and not customer oriented, 0 stars. She then called Chloe to convince me that this is against company policy (... what?)And then Chloe came in and saved my day, she was so nice and kind. She replaced it without a question.She was kind and understanding! The good cop! 100/100 customer service from Chloe!! Excellent warranties on electrical products - give 2 yr warranties as standard on most electrical products compared to 1 yr in other stores. Big choice of goods - whether clothes, homewares, kitchenwares, school uniforms, electricals, curtains, fabrics, white goods and many more. Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable and helpful staff - particularly in the electrical department. Deliver to home, and also take away old items (eg. White goods) for a charge. Recommended!”
