“Brilliant service around choosing paint colours and type needed for my exterior doors. A wealth of expertise from Darren meant I got the exact match for a vintage colour. Service is repeatedly good and zero dismissiveness about seeing and advising a girl with ideas if her own unlike a nearby paint and hardware store I avoid. Darren, Aaron and the manageable size of the shop make for a personalised, quick and helpful service with a human touch. The reason we come in instead of ordering online. I highly recommend them.”
“Had 9 keys cut here with the machine and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to return any of them, (I have had this issue at Timpson before). Also, all the staff were so pleasant and helpful - overall a great experience. Especially big shout out to the American lady (I didn't catch her name)!”

“This particular B&Q Chiswick store Has one of the best staff that I have ever faced in my life. Mr Rida was able to help me to find all the items that I was after even though All the other staff were asking me to leave because the store was closed Including the tails, but Mr Rida Was determined to help me all the way until I got all my items ready he even gone to the trouble of reopening one of the tales for me so I can finish and pay.”

“My favourite bookshop in the world. Great prices (£3 or less for most fiction paperbacks), and a great selection. Especially strong on literary fiction, classic fiction, and across non-fiction. It's also very close to the Tube station and has incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who will often offer to look in the back for any more books by the authors you've picked up on that visit.”
