“They have a nice selection of art and craft materials. Jill on the till is always friendly. My only complaint is their prices are quite high compared to other high street craft suppliers. They've also stopped stocking Tulip fabric paints, which is a shame.”

He made sure that I had the best possible customer experience (it’s hard to find that nowadays).
