Sale item was delivered within a week and a made to order mattress was delivered within 3 weeks as advised at the time of purchase. For both deliveries I was advised in advance of the delivery time and the items arrived within that time slot. Friendly delivery men. Would highly recommend Bensons for Beds Enfield.”

“31/8/23 I went to have my plates made and fitted. Ofc there was a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected really as they operate a first come first serve but it was only 30 minutes, I’ve been in supermarket queues for longer than that!3 guys in particular went over and above for me, specially the guy who rescued my handbag with my car keys in it from the back seat so I could get into my car.So thank you for being the friendly professional kind people that you are. I have not had such great service in a long time, she listened to what we had to say me and my husband and solved our issue with appliances that we have been struggling to get this sorted for months we bought few appliances and are buying few more and I feel so annoyed with myself wasting time at other branches. Which I went in Friend Barnet branch wasted my time there which is my local branch when all I needed to do is visit the Enfield branch because clearly they know exactly what they are doing. “New, smaller store. Moving to a new site has resulted in a much reduced floor space, parking and product range. It's probably a better shop with less stuff in each aisle, but it's clean, tidy and bright. Overall it probably meets the needs of the reduced numbers of in store shoppers. Still got it's Trade Counter.”

“Firstly big shout out to Imi for helping me find my dream sofa!! I had quite an ask for her knowing what I wanted was very specific as I had a certain gap that I wanted it to go in. She took her time and took me round the showroom and was very informative. Nothing was too much to ask, we spent loads of time chatting and making sure it was the right one.
