“I’d never visited a Sofology store before as I assumed they were online only. Shanice, the Sales Associate, was excellent. She has great brand knowledge, is trend & taste aware, was warm & welcoming, seemed interested in finding a sofa suitable for my needs & I was left to feel free to browse without any pressure whatsoever. The sofas I sat on seemed to be of sound construction, came in a selection of colours & were firm yet comfortable. I felt there could be more accent chairs as I’m not keen on 3 piece suites. I didn’t see anything that hit the bullseye as I’m looking for mid century modern but, based on today’s visit, will definitely return.”

I have not had such great service in a long time, she listened to what we had to say me and my husband and solved our issue with appliances that we have been struggling to get this sorted for months we bought few appliances and are buying few more and I feel so annoyed with myself wasting time at other branches. Which I went in Friend Barnet branch wasted my time there which is my local branch when all I needed to do is visit the Enfield branch because clearly they know exactly what they are doing. “New, smaller store. Moving to a new site has resulted in a much reduced floor space, parking and product range. It's probably a better shop with less stuff in each aisle, but it's clean, tidy and bright. Overall it probably meets the needs of the reduced numbers of in store shoppers. Still got it's Trade Counter.”
