What use is a bank that’s never open when you need it… often have to go to the TCR branch instead. Terrible opening hours and often shut when they should be open.

Careless staff in this branch, they do not care about customers especially this one guy at the counter on 25/02 around 1pm looked very careless and did not want to help, not sure why he’s working there if he doesn’t want to help. Hopefully his manager has a word with him about his lack of effort
