To get through to someone is labourious. What I require can not be obtained on line. Hence the waiting to get through to an assistant. I feel sorry for those who do not have the knowledge of doing in line banking. And for.those who require an assistant

This is outrageous! After I transfered some money to another account of mine, they blocked my account. Had to call three times on different occasions. I was on hold 1.5 hours the first time, 1 hour the second time and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes (and counting!) this third time. I haven't been able to access my... read full comment
