“There is always someone I can talk to here. Whatever my enquiry, they do make sure that I understand and am happy with their advice or solution. I have even known to have a member of staff with me when I had problems using a machine or have spoken to a manager or head office to get an answer to a query. Customer service like this is not always easy to see.On another point, I understand that this branch is about to be temporarily closed for renovation. It might be a gesture by head office to offer these staff a week's leave during this time!”

96 Camden High St“First visit for many years. My Mum opened an account for me at this branch when I was 15, I'm now in my 50s, that's how long I had not been here for. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the counter to pay in, as I lost my debit card earlier in the week. It was nice to see the branch manager serving at the counter, rather than hiding away in a back office.”

“I have been dealing with Cater Allen due to a company taking fees from my pension account without permission. They were quick and efficient in responding to the initial complaint. It will need to be investigated and I hope they can recover the funds as the company responsible are not even responding to my communication.”

176 Camden High St“Had to come into the branch to deal with a few things and I had a great experience - the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the woman upstairs who I worked with. There was a slight waiting time but that was because she was working alone (she apologised for it and offered water while I waited). Also was happy with their covid procedures and felt very safe.I came in around 2:30-3:00pm so likely missed busy times but overall was happy with the service.”
