“I worked in this shop when it was first built around 32 years ago replacing the old WHSmith, I was 16 and this was my first Job after leaving school, Fred Wenman was the manager, while the shop was being built we were in 2 temporary portable cabins one for the stock room and one for the sales of papers, magazines & booksI remember it like it was yesterday, how time fly's.”
“I had an exceptional experience at your store recently. Late in the evening, after the pharmacy had closed, I sought help in the medicine section for a cough remedy. Dee, a kind lady on the sales floor, went above and beyond, sharing her personal insights and guiding me to a suitable syrup. Thanks to her, I feel much better today. Kudos to the security officer too, who ensured my shopping needs were met. Both Dee and the security officer deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. Many thanks”
“I really liked this one, got some good bargains. Plenty of clothes. Prices are good, not bumped up like some other charity shops. Lots of books £2 and lots of DVDs 3 for £1 or 50p each. One of the better charity shops on Camden High Street for low prices and lots of choice.”
