Very unpleasant experience of DONATING at this shop. The staff is unfriendly, rude and pushy as if I owe them. Will never donate nor buy at Oxfam again. Too stressful and unfriendly.

The staff are wonderful. As I say "if you're polite and can have a sense of humour with people" you'll often find they reciprocate and want to help you where they can.
