How can this bank still operate? I went in to the branch to open an account. Awful customer service at Lloyds bank. Staff treated me poorly, making it very obvious they are unhappy to deal with my easy request. Unpleasant experience. I would give 0 not 1 star.

Big thank you to Mohammed today ! He is definition of exceptional customer care !! I came in stressed because my account had been blocked and the branch was closing. He calmed me down and re assured me that he will help me with this situation. And so he did :) ! He stayed with me 20 minutes past the time the bank had closed... read full comment
