I had a great experience in here today. The lady on the front desk was brilliant at dealing with lots of customers and Vanessa was so helpful and kind, helping me set up my banking. They are also organising food for a food bank which was lovely to see. Unsure why the branch reviews are low therefore wanted to leave my experience.

This branch is in such a good location but the people did not come to help me when I was the next person in the queue. I waited for around 20 minutes when there were only 2 people in the queue.
