“⚠️ I was a victim of fraud by getting my card skimmed by a Tesco’s cash point that took £500 straight out of my account in the matter of minutes after my card got chewed up. I want to give a massive shoutout to Chris who helped me with the fraud activity. He mainly takes phone calls for Barclays, I felt like an actual concern by the branch team & explain to them to what has happened. Always bring your documents to your bank if you need to report anything so they can find you. I also got my money refunded within 24hrs. They are also organising food for a food bank which was lovely to see. Unsure why the branch reviews are low therefore wanted to leave my experience.”

“Brilliant Nationwide branch. I went to the Eltham branch the day before I visited here to withdraw money from my savings account but the person I spoke to wouldn’t allow me to withdraw my own money.
