“Staffs are very helpful and supportive. Many occasions I saw them prioritise vulnerable clients and always on hand to help with the self serve machine. Queue built up when self serve machine breaks down otherwise reasonable waiting time. Quite happy as I have been with other branches before where staffs were very unfriendly when my mother in law needed help -due to her lack of English language she was shouted at and treated like a dump but not Streatham branch. I am impressed even me got the help when I were new to the self serve and nervous making mistake but the staffs are so keen to help with their guidance, polite and patient.”

“Fantastic service. We needed to go into a branch to verify our ID and address. After reading reviews here I was somewhat apprehensive. We had to wait while the two customer service dealt with one very objectionable client and another who battled with the english language. They were extremely patient and kind and went beyond their duty to assist. When we were eventually helped by Chanay, she was brilliant. Thank you Lloyds for the great smiling friendly service.”
