“Brilliant Nationwide branch. I went to the Eltham branch the day before I visited here to withdraw money from my savings account but the person I spoke to wouldn’t allow me to withdraw my own money. I went to the Bexleyheath branch and the lady I spoke to assisted me within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this branch!”

“I have been a member of both the major building societies in the Broadway and now I am only with YBS. They are by far the most superior option for the area, the staff are amazingly helpful. As a family my father and I and my son all have accounts there, they have helped us with everything we have wanted to do without pushing any sales onto us. My father has dementia and we had to register his LPA and recently I have had to manage his accounts using this authority, to my amazement the staff remember us coming in as a family before and are so empathetic with his condition and his progress. It really makes this feel like an old school branch bank, that is of an era where the focus was on the client as a person rather than cattle through a gate. Well done for everyone that works and manages this operation, you really do excel in my eyes.”
