“You always get seen. As for only one cashier it’s like that with any bank. As for user had a bad experience you wanna change bank is childish. Any bank regards who you bank with you will get the odd rude staff, you switching will not stop people being a bit rude. Either accept there’s bad staff anywhere or don’t go to the bank. Anyway the staff are helpful”

“I love Nationwide. Much better service than the big 5 banks in UK. I also love the app. Easy to use and getting better. Sometimes, you still have to use a card reader for new payments and they can be fussy with contactless; but it's for cudtomers' security and this can only be a good thing.”
