I purchased an indoor airer which cost £25.00. The product came shrink wrapped and when we opened it, it was not what we wanted! As it was shrink wrapped we could not wrap it back up. We took it back to either exchange it or get a refund but was told we couldn't do that as it had been opened!!! Nowhere on the website... read full comment

Rudest and most unhelpful of any store I’ve ever visited. Appalling service, and that’s from the manager. Thankfully head office and another local store were much more helpful.
