“Large well stocked store situated in main Broadway shopping area. 2 large carparks less than 5 mins away and all Bexleyheath buses stop and leave from just across the pedestrian area outside (about 1 min walk)”

“I guess when you've been to one h&m you been to all. Variety of clothing. Wide aisles, would not be to much of a problem if in a wheelchair to get round.”

“Waiting at the disabled counter I was approached by a very polite and cheerful young lady by the name of "Holliegh" {I hope I've not misspelt the name}. She seemed to be a person of some authority of a sort on the floor. Noticing my disability by my crutch, she quickly asked the neighbouring cashier to serve me as she had no customers in the queue. I was very disappointed of this refusal, which I'm sure must have been well founded. This surprise of mine was also met by Hollieghs body language it seemed to me. No fear, Holliegh was on to it straight away by asking another cashier to jump on the disabled queue and I was served promptly by a new cashier who didn't know the name or position of Holliegh. Kudos to you Holliegh for such a sympathetic and an expeditious execution of your authority. Great understanding of a disabled customers' needs, as well as your company policy. If only more service orientated companies had similar respect and understanding as you and your company. I only used this till as I was encouraged to do so on my previous visit there. Alas no full marks due to being turned down in what I persevere as a let down by the first cashiers refusal to serve me, be they right or wrong, but a negative customer experience was felt here.”

“Really nice size Boots. I'm used to little titchy ones. Well stocked, lots of brands of makeup. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Quite wide aisles, not feel hemmed in. Easy to get round in wheelchair.”

“I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”

“The Shoe Manager Danielle is an asset to the store. After a major problem with customer services , I was very stressed. She dealt with my problem effectively and she was polite and well mannered. If I have any further issues , I know I will be seeing her. Although after the appalling delivery service and their customer services on the phone being disgraceful , trying to take back the 15 pound gift card I was promised as a good will gesture , I will never order and maybe not even buy , anything from them again !”
