The best Lush in London. Everytime I go into this Lush the staff go above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel special. The last time I went in there, the lovely Jo gave my daughter a gift for her birthday that really made her day very special. Thank you for being so kind ? we'll be back again!

Wow! Popped in to get myself cheer me up treat, when my gift card wasn’t working the lovely person behind the till (wavy/curly dark short hair) kindly gave me my things as a gift! Honestly made my day I could have cried, been having a rough time and the little act of kindness meant the world! Thank you so much!
