Truly kind. Then on my visit to collect + exchange faulty pots from a bad online order, she wasn't there but a young gentleman was more than helpful, in many ways, and all in such a pleasant friendly kind and courteous manner - really sweetened the experience. Lush is lucky to have staff like these in their stores to salvage the disastrous image & bitter taste that Head Office staff can give when there's a problem (communications from HO had been poor, and that was not the 1st time).”
