I was able to make it downstairs long enough for the pharmacist to make suggestions on over the counter medications to ease my symptoms. Thanks to everyone at this location for keeping me fed, hydrated, medicated and alive!”
“Exceptional service. First on the phone I was helped in many ways, then after this long call this lady, unasked, even went on thinking about it and did 1471 and called me back to tell me more. Truly kind. Then on my visit to collect + exchange faulty pots from a bad online order, she wasn't there but a young gentleman was more than helpful, in many ways, and all in such a pleasant friendly kind and courteous manner - really sweetened the experience. Lush is lucky to have staff like these in their stores to salvage the disastrous image & bitter taste that Head Office staff can give when there's a problem (communications from HO had been poor, and that was not the 1st time).”
