Too bad the e.l.f products i was looking for wasnt in stock. Overall a good shopping experience with affordable prices even for a Malaysian tourist on a budget”
“This is the largest superdrug in London! Always busy, and it remains open up to 11 pm. on weekdays! There people can buy a few popular cosmetics from popular brands, skin care products, hair care products, baby products, etc! People can get good brands of parfumes at affordable prices than other stores! Sometimes they offer a very good price for parfumes and other products also!”

“Kudos to the staff at this store. I left my wallet on the counter with a lot of money, several cards, and my driving licence - without realising until late at night after I got home. When I picked it up the following day, everything was present, and they carried out multiple checks to ascertain it was really my wallet.Then, a different member of staff was so kind helping me to locate a product to purchase for a relative.What lovely people and fabulous customer service at Goodge Street Boots.?”

I was struggling to get my prescription at any pharmacy due to stock issues, and the lady at this store was the only one out of all the places I tried to get it to offer to order it in for me from a specialist supplier. “Popped into this branch to find a clearance item but it transpired it wasn't available. This branch is fairly small with a small range of products compared with the bigger branches with a wide array of products giving an overall better shopping experience. Helpful staff and nice layout with a lovely umbrella selection. Men's product range is rather limited. Overall l would recommend this branch.”
