“This would be the equivalent of a watsons/guardian for Malaysians but this store does have some luxury brands like Dior. They have a wide variety of products in-store and the staff are very helpful. Too bad the e.l.f products i was looking for wasnt in stock. Overall a good shopping experience with affordable prices even for a Malaysian tourist on a budget”
“During an afternoon in Oxford Street I went looking for a birthday pressie for my bestie knowing that she usually likes Body Shop products. This branch was pretty crowded and busy but to be expected from the Oxford Street branch I suppose. I picked up the Nourish and Flourish Coconut Gift Box seeing as she is a bit of a coco-nut :) so it was an easy choice for a gift. Price was under £30 and came in a nice organic case.”

“Kudos to the staff at this store. I left my wallet on the counter with a lot of money, several cards, and my driving licence - without realising until late at night after I got home. When I picked it up the following day, everything was present, and they carried out multiple checks to ascertain it was really my wallet.Then, a different member of staff was so kind helping me to locate a product to purchase for a relative.What lovely people and fabulous customer service at Goodge Street Boots.?”
“Really helpful young lady at the prescription counter. I was struggling to get my prescription at any pharmacy due to stock issues, and the lady at this store was the only one out of all the places I tried to get it to offer to order it in for me from a specialist supplier. Only took a couple of days too. So helpful, kind and a life saver! I didn’t catch her name but she deserves 5 stars.”

“Popped into this branch to find a clearance item but it transpired it wasn't available. This branch is fairly small with a small range of products compared with the bigger branches with a wide array of products giving an overall better shopping experience. Helpful staff and nice layout with a lovely umbrella selection. Men's product range is rather limited. Overall l would recommend this branch.”
