Great selection of products but very poor service. For online orders I’d go to F&M or Selfridges. If you’re looking for luxury, there’s no comparison. I made a simple request for HN tissue paper (widely available in store) for my huge hamper order. Refused and fobbed off. It’s nuts. Luxury by back side. Avoid.

The customer service at this branch is very disappointing. The staff often respond in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, and there appears to be a lack of proper training, as different employees provide inconsistent information. Would advise people to avoid this store.
