“What can I say! The shop staff at this store were all AMAZING! Super friendly, professional and helpful with handling an exchange of my Barbour Fury Wellington boots which had developed a fault. Fortunately the store had stock and was able to do an exchange on the spot. I typically shop online for cheaper wellies but these boots at £59 were a treat to myself, and as such I opted to shop in store which I am glad now that I did. Thank you soooooo much.”

“Fantastic friendly service in the store and brilliant after sales care. I purchased 2 vouchers here whilst I was visiting London for the weekend and got home to find I didn't have one of them. I rang the store and the manager had found it and put it to one side. They couldn't have been more lovely and helpful and sent it on to my home address.”

“I had the most delightful customer service from two members of staff today. Patricia helped me find a gown for a big event!
And the champagne on 5th floor afterwards was a treat too. As a Londoner, I avoid the bigger tourist traps of Harrods and selfridges but HN hits different x”

“Great experienced to visit Bicester yesterday,a lady name Fernanda Agustini assisted us with impeccable manners with our shoppings. We suppose to buy one item, we end up to spent almost 4k with my husband. Fernanda is a great assets with burberry, she was excellent in sales, she knows how to convinced customers to spend more... myself as an owner, Director and CEO with my businesses, I was very impressed the way she worked with customers... I definitely go back there again.RegardsSylvia Molina Orlando”

“In my last review I kind of slighted M&S as the elitist big sister to Greggs but honestly babes - porque no los dos?!

This combo M&S proper and M&S Food is a weary convict traveller’s delight. All the readymade food is actually tasty and mostly fresh, it’s mind boggling when you’re used to absolute slop on the isles.

Kudos Marks, thanks Spencer - you two are alright.”
