My item was repaired in two weeks for 55£ and they did a great job, I was pleasantly surprised with the after sales service (I had had some very bad experiences, not with Burberry but with other “luxury” brands, so I wasn’t expecting much). Makes me want to buy again from this brand!”

“I believe this is the flagship Burberry store so I had to visit. I wasn't planning on buying anything at first but with a little peer pressure from my boyfriend, I couldn't resist. Service is outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. He was actually fairly new to working at Burberry but helped me the entirety of my shopping experience. I was also more casually dressed so I truly respect him for not judging my outward appearance as some other designer stores can and will do that to you. The selection is incredible. They literally have everything but I had my heart set out on the classic trench coats. The other thing I didn't realize was that since 2021, they have removed taxes on their sales, saving me at least $300, probably more than if I were to purchase it in the USA. Well worth it!”

The sales assistant, Natalie, played a key role in this decision. Her approach was friendly and professional, particularly when it became apparent that my friend and I were interested in making a purchase. It's understandable that the staff may prioritize customers who show intent to buy, but I couldn't help but wish for a more consistent and inclusive level of service throughout the entire browsing and purchasing process.While Natalie's assistance was appreciated, I believe enhancing the customer experience at all stages, not just during the potential sale, would contribute to a more positive overall impression. A more balanced approach to customer engagement, regardless of whether a purchase is imminent or not, could go a long way in fostering a welcoming and customer-centric environment.Despite these observations, I did leave Burberry with a purchase, and Natalie's professionalism did contribute positively to my overall experience. “Newly revamped M&S Food and Coffee Shop at the Pantheon Store.
The coffee shop has that Pret vibes to it and I like the way you can get a slice of the Rainbow cake without buying it whole.
The food section offers fresh pizzas, roast chicken [previously there], a whole section for Rose wines as well as glass bottled mineral waters.”

“Nice shop with good stock and everything laid out neatly. The absolute winner was the soundtrack, pumping great 90s music with obscure but accessible tracks from STP, Hole, L7 as well as classics from Nirvana and Foo Fighters.

Sales assistance were a little too keen for my personal taste. By the time the fourth assistant was asking how they could help, I was just looking for some space to look around.
