Consistently poor service. One person on the till having to deal with a woman doing a huge amount of returns. Two people hiding in the back refusing to get on the other till and help get rid of the huge line forming.

The consultation department was amazing helped very quickly and very kindly. For small health problems before doctors I’ll come here.
