Mark was really helpful in running through some potential options, at different price points, and printed out some details for me to read through and make a decision. I liked that there was absolutely no pressure to make any decisions there and then.I returned later that day to place the order, and was able to specify a time slot for installation.On the installation day, the delivery van turned up on time along with Steve the installer - all were really polite and helpful, and Steve did a great job removing the old appliances and connecting the new, fitting the doors and adjusting the kick boards as necessary.Overall, I was really pleased with the prices and service from Budget Appliances, and appreciated being able to use a small local business rather than a big chain. Would definitely recommend!”
