“Fantastic experience this afternoon at Boots Opticians in Beckenham. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and extremely thorough in all the eye tests. Khatija took time and care to help me choose frames and make sure I had everything I needed and was meticulous in her attention to detail. There are other opticians located closer whom I've used in the past but none of them measure up to the service I received today. The pricing is also very competitive and there was no obvious upselling, which is a massive plus point for me. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a professional optician service in the Beckenham area.”

“After exhausting pharmacies in my local area trying to find an antibiotic prescription for my son, I travelled to Paydens. I called beforehand and asked if they had the antibiotic and spoke with Alison who was exceptionally polite. I managed to pick up the prescription and was fully informed on how to use/given advice on my sons symptoms. I called after visiting to confirm some details and thankfully spoke to Alison again.
