The till staff need to stop trying to sell so many products at the till and stop asking so many questions. It’s really frustrating when you just want to pay and leave. There’s always a long queue because they keep holding customers up at the till. I’d rather go to boots a few doors down.

Sarah is the most despicable excuse of an employee I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. If you are accustomed to luxury cosmetic shopping I suggest you avoid this store in case you are harassed and physically approached by an abysmal excuse of a member of staff. Shocking, disgusting and pathetic.

Once I went to buy skincare products and cashier insisted me to buy a £10 SIM card saying it won't be a loss as I will have £10 worth of credit.I wasn't interested but felt forced into buying it.I wasn't able to use it and check the balance so I went to the shop later saying it wasn't working but they kept saying to wait... read full comment
