“Always understaffed but the older lady who's worked there for years on the till is lovely and helpful. It's never too busy so the lack of staff doesn't matter much except the strain it maybe puts on that one woman. I see other staff come and jump on the till when the queue is a bit long but where they come from or where they go is a mystery.”

“I am not local to the area, and by the time I got here (8pm on 21/4), all other Barking pharmacies bar the daynight were shut. I want to say a big thanks to the pharmacist on duty at the time, who helped diagnose my dauggters' skin condition and although the pharmacy didn't have the drug I was prescribed, he rung around to find one that did, gave directions and provided better advice then anything I'd received from 111 or Barking hospital.
