“I have used most of the pharmacies in Barking at one time or another but started using Mayors during the first Covid lockdown as it was the nearest to my home. I have never gone back to any of the other pharmacies. The service has always been exceptional, from all the staff but particularly the lead pharmacist (I never did get his name) who has always treated me with dignity and respect - very important given the nature of my medication and my reasons for taking it. He has a rapport with all his clients which many medical practitioners could learn from. A big thank you for the last three years!”

“Always understaffed but the older lady who's worked there for years on the till is lovely and helpful. It's never too busy so the lack of staff doesn't matter much except the strain it maybe puts on that one woman. I see other staff come and jump on the till when the queue is a bit long but where they come from or where they go is a mystery.”
