“This pharmacy is great. Very efficient at getting stuff in if they don’t have some of the obscure items on your prescription - arrived same day! Then delivered stuff when I had Covid. Plus friendly and helpful too. This will definitely be my go to place going forward.”

“Lovely staff and very knowledgeable/quick and professional. Recently switched over from the local boots which had shut down and the improvement in service made me wish I had changed to Mahesh years ago!”

“This chemist is simply the very best! All the staff are so helpful and kind and nothing is too much trouble. Pram the pharmacist has given me so much good advice and has been so kind to my family and I over the years, despite the fact I get overly anxious over my pills, he always does all he can to help. I would never ever go anywhere else!”

“Beautiful pharmacy with workers that really care. Went asking for some advise for my newborn twins and María José was extremely helpful. If this kind of professionalism was normally found everywhere, this review wouldn’t be necessary. Unfortunately, this level of attention and professionalism is not that common anymore therefore, sharing it with all of you. Many thanks María José.”

“I have been attending Rose Chemist for many years and the customer service provided by Julie who works front of store has always been beyond amazing. You can never tell when she is having a bad day because her professionalism always over shines. I have nothing but praises to say about Julie, as a young person/mother i have always felt comfortable in confiding in Julie and receiving professional/ accurate advice from her. Although she is not a doctor her recommendations have always been effective for what i have required. Julie has also saved me from going blind in one eye as i had severe Uveitis in my eye which was causing blindness, i had attended the pharmacy for eye drops and was just hoping it would go away in time. Julie who knows me well knew i was not taking it serious and urged me the importance to get it checked out asap. Only due to Julies request for me to go to the eye hospital was when i was diagnosed and was very close to going blind. I am forever greatful to have a person in the pharmacy that i can fully trust (even more than some doctors sometimes) None the less all the staff I have encountered in this pharmacy have been amazing to me over the years.”

“I went in end of last month because my throat was swollen SEVERELY and I was in serious pain. I was referred by NHS 111 and when I arrived they observed me immediately and the lady who took care of me was amazing. She recommended I take some throat numbing sweets and it would get better within a week and it was absolutely great! I couldn’t thank them enough. Very professional & quick service. Thank you”

“Should have written this review year's ago. I have been a customer of Douglas Pharmacy for over 10 years. in my option, experience and from what I hear from other people regarding other pharmacies, I can say without hesitation that they truly are the best. While no pharmacy is perfect it I have always found Douglas to be quick and efficient in sorting out any issues that arise. Combined with their friendly and knowledgeable approach to their customers, they get Five Stars from me. Size doesn't really matter, they serve Richie Street Group Practice patients as well as others in the community and I've never known them to take longer than 20 minutes. During my custom I only ever had one complaint (with a pharmacist/assistant that had never seen before or since). Even then, the lead pharmacist took over and resolved issue with apologies within 10 minutes. An excellent compliment to an outstanding surgery.”

“I like this particular Superdrug because it is much accessible and easy to move around. It has a lot things from makeup, body, mouth, hair and some household products. They do have pharmacy and an area to have your eyebrows done. They have some great products including brands but at times run out of it and is not immediately replaced. The staff can be helpful but not friendly. The location is spot on that leads to other stores and the famous Chapel Market and Angel Central. Great area and connections to buses and Angel Station.”

“My visit this time was different after my last review which was about 3-4 years ago! What has change? The ground floor has really opened up and brighter. There is more beauty stalls which takes most of the space including well known brands. You have other items that caters for everyone including babies, pregnant women, vitamins, curling irons, colourful boxes of condoms for men in all sizes and much more. There is a Prescription/Optician area on the first floor. I notice that upstairs by the photo machine there is more space that can be turned into self-service machines and move the snack/ salad machines from downstairs to upstairs. Where the snack/salad machines are on the ground floor can be changed into self-service machines. Then expand the products further to where the self-service machines are based currently to lighten the area and opens it much more. It makes it easier for customers upstairs and downstairs to have a quick and easy service. Most of their products is very pricey compared to Savers, Superdrug and Supermarkets. Exchange greetings with The Security Guard and someone else but no Staff around to help out - very disappointing.”
